Beautiful, dark, ruby-red color. Rich, sweet aromas of black cherries and strawberries transition into candied fruit notes of plums, red and black currants. A hint of spice and smoke completes the ensemble. Delightfully structured and balanced. Silky-smooth tannins accompany the fruit-driven and long finish. Zinfandel at its best!
A grape like Zinfandel pairs exceptionally well with a delicious piece of lamb, as well as red meats, stews, hearty pastas, and mushrooms.

-
After harvesting, the grapes are selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to a blend of 1-year-old American oak barrels and older, flavor-neutral barrels for nearly 1.5 years. Afterward, it is blended again and bottled.
