Light, translucent, and bright cherry-red color. Aromas of sour cherries, cherries, and plums evolve into pure scents of strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranates with hints of star anise and cloves. The soft tannins and beautifully balanced acidity ensure a lush and smooth finish that lingers quite long.
Its delicious, full-bodied yet wonderfully refined character pairs well with delicate white meats such as chicken, pork, and veal. It also complements game birds and hearty fish dishes.
