Light yellow color with green reflections. Mild but complex aromas of exotic fruit, flowers and a hint of spice. Full and creamy on the palate with impressions of peach, pineapple and yellow blossom. The finish is medium-long, balanced and accompanied by a fine tip of vanilla.
Delicious as a dry but soft aperitif, white fish with sauce, summer salads with poultry and soft, creamy cheeses.
