Pale golden colour with sparkles. In the nose aromas of ripe fruit with intense mineral tones and with hints of vanilla. Opens directly in the mouth with a remarkable elegance. Very nice finish with hints of citrus.

vinification

Manual harvest, the grapes are immediately crushed, followed by fermentation in oak barrels. Maturation for 14 months in oak barrels (25% new oak).
