Gold colour. On the nose, it is fresh with a nice combination of fruit, mineral and floral nuances. Elegant and refreshing, it is straightforward and concentrated. It develops first aromas of ripe fruit and then finishes on delicate mineral and live notes. The wine shows great purity.
To be enjoyed for aperitif or with a “tartine gourmande” (toast with butter, cheese and ham) or crab salad.

The region is at the confluence of three major influences: southerly, oceanic and continental. These unique conditions have, over time, dictated the choice of varietal. The climate of the Bourgogne winegrowing region is mainly temperate, and has a positive influence on vine growing.

Limestone and clay, located in south of Burgundy, 50 miles South of Beaune, north of Mâcon. It is old vines located on slopes facing East. This new village appellation was born in 1998.
- vinification

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured on its lees and bottled after 8 months.
