Straw yellow color, slightly greenish. The floral aroma is then enhanced by ermentation in acacia barrels. To the mouth it is velvety, intense with moderate acidity. The sweet tannins of this essence make the bitter almond scent less aggressive.
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany fresh cheeses, cured ham, even along with first courses. Blends well with white meat and fish dishes.
