Shiny, ruby red color. A luscious fruit basket with lots of juicy redcurrants, strawberries and blueberries. Hints of pepper, cloves and cardamom give the whole a bit more complexity. A nice smoky touch and fine lively tannins complete the picture. Long, pleasant and slightly spicy finish.
Its elegant spiciness makes it the ideal partner with grilled or roasted red meat, lamb, duck breast, sausage, spicy vegetarian stews, various tapas and various pastas and pizzas.

Continental climate that is dry and very warm in winter as well as in summer. In some places almost desert. So irrigation is almost required. Due to the high temperatures, the grapes remain smaller than elsewhere and give more concentration to the wine.

Grapes are picked in the cool of the night. After careful pressing, the wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels with prolonged contact with the pellets. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to wooden barrels and matured for 9 months before being bottled at the end of November.
