Beautiful, bright light yellow color with golden hues. Aromas of green apple, white pear and lime zest accompanied by lightly toasted flavors of fresh wood and vanilla. Despite the wood touch, the wine remains nice and fresh and elegant. In the wonderfully clean finish, the more complex tones come to the fore and determine the taste that lingers in the mouth.
Ideal combination with a classic such as Caesar salad with chicken, anchovies, seafood and lightly spiced fish dishes.
- climate
-
Continental climate that is dry and very warm in winter as well as in summer. In some places almost desert. So irrigation is almost required. Due to the high temperatures, the grapes remain smaller than elsewhere and give more concentration to the wine.
- soil
-
Sandy soils with slightly more granite and pebbly sandstone in the higher vineyards.
- vinification
-
Picked in the cool of the night. Careful pressing of the grapes without stems, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a cool temperature. The wine then rests for 7 months in used wooden barrels. The wine is then bottled in November of the same year.
