Light pink with reflections of light gold. The small "pink pearls" (perles roses) slowly rise to the surface and create a characteristic crown. The first impression is very pleasant, with refined and light aromas. In the mouth, this Cava is full and creamy, with an elegant and long finish. Robert Parker voted it best rosé cava in Spain in 2010.
For lovers of rosé sparkling wine with accents of strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. Delicious dry aperitif that can easily handle a wide range of dishes. Particularly with Asian cuisine.

The soil is rich in clay and limestone. Here, too, the altitude plays a role. The lower the more sand and lime, the higher the more clay.
- vinification
-
100% Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir is harvested manually and quite early. After a short maceration with the peels, the wine ferments further in inox barrels under low temperature. After that, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle (just like Champagne) during minimum 2 years.
