Light yellow colour. Impressions of nectarine, apple, pear and white blossom. Elegant and clean style. Deliciously spicy and sparkling pearl that challenges the palette and the senses. The taste is nice and dry but unlike many other Cava's tasteful and simply delicious. Sharp price/quality ratio!
Delicious dry and refined aperitif without dosage. Ideal with seafood and other shellfish.
