Beautiful light yellow colour with fine pearl. Aromas of white stone fruit, blossom and notes of green apple and nectarine. Deliciously tight mouthfeel. Nice and dry, yet tasteful. As befits a good aperitif, the salivary glands are immediately activated and hunger is whetted. Balanced taste that defiantly and seductively asks for another sip.
Excellent aperitif and cheaper alternative to Champagne, with various tapas and seafood. For lovers of a bone-dry aperitif. High quality Cava!
