The region has a climate that lies between a Mediterranean and maritime climate. It features warm summers, mild winters, and rainfall throughout the year.

Glacial moraine plateaus, formed by an ancient glacier, with sandy and clay soils.

vinification

85% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Blanc. Cuvée: 80% of the wine comes from our best cru vineyards and 20% from vintage wines. The harvest is done by hand. Gentle pressing of the finest grapes, with no more than 55% of the yield. Part of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, and another part in oak barrels. Aging in bottles for 24 months.
