Light, yellow color with golden reflection. Aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple and peach. A touch of citrus and apple give the whole a fresh character. Slightly fruity and nice and soft in the mouth. The finish is round and dry and lasts medium long.

Perfect as a dry and soft aperitif. Also great with seafood dishes, shellfish, fried white fish, summer salads and poultry.

Moderate maritime climate with warm summers with limited but regular precipitation and mild winters with sufficient precipitation. Influence of the Adriatic Sea.

Vineyards east of Lake Garda and the Verona area. Sandy soil with lime and a little loam.

vinification

Machine picking. After gentle pressing, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. After aging for six months, the wine is bottled and put on the market.
