colour is straw yellow . Intense reminiscence of pears with hints of ripe apple. Its taste is intense and it has a balanced acidity. The bubble is small, continuous and well integrated.

Ideal with fresh pasta dishes, shellfish accompanied by a sauce, prawns, warm vegetable salads, duck confit with apple and soft cheeses (Chabichou du Poitou, Afuega’l Pitu).
