100% Cortese. Light straw yellow color. Classic, pleasantly fresh, intense perfume. Delicate flavor, very dry with a remarkable acidity. Sunny, fruity and fresh character. Taste of white fruit, a touch of nectarine and a hint of lime. Long, concentrated and dry finish. This wine comes from a separate vineyard in Gavi.

50 ha of vineyards (4.500 plants/ha). ‘Grand Cru of Gavi’ (best locations of Rovereto and Gavi).. ‘Sur Lie’ method. Respect the origin of grapes, vineyard by vineyard, with separate winemaking (separate must, coming from different vines / ages of implant). Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel vats.
