Straw yellow with green reflection. Volatile aromas of apple, pear, nettles, blueberries and elderflower. The fresh but aromatic nose is extended in the mouth. Lively and refreshing mouthfeel with lots of flavour. The final is also very exciting and long. A wine that is so delicious to drink, but can also be used in many ways with various dishes.

Goes well with asparagus, lightly spiced fish dishes, Asian-style king prawns, Mediterranean salads and seafood pastas.

Many hours of sunshine (more than 2100 hours). Its location, completely surrounded by mountains, guarantees cool nights and sufficient precipitation.

Porphyry weathered bottom with Quartz from Renon (other side of Bolzano). South oriented slope. Between 10 and 25% slope.

vinification

The grapes are picked by hand. Strict selection, classical temperature controlled fermentation (5 months) in stainless steel barrels. Bottling shortly afterwards. This wine can enjoyed in its youth.
