In the nose a lot of red fruit, plums, violets, white pepper and noble notes of cedar. In retrospect, more Cinsault comes to the fore with hints of cherries and strawberries, with in the aftertaste a tasty salty touch that enhances the flavors. Beautiful balance between structure and finesse. AWARDS: 91 pts Tim Atkin Best of South Africa
