This wine has a lovely minerality upfront and full flavour. Lemon zest, lime and green flavours fill the palate. "Platter’s by Diners Club South African Wine Guide" gave this Sauvignon Blanc 2015 in 2017 again 4 stars.
The wines’ balanced acidity will allow ageing for a good few years.
