Beautiful pale yellow with beautiful golden buttons. On the nose aromas of white flowers, peach, pears in syrup, candied fruit and marzipan. The taste is fresh and round, with a lot of softness. Long aftertaste, with flavours of vanilla, almond paste and white fruit in syrup.
Serve as an aperitif or enjoy with main course salads, crusty seabass and foie gras, lobster in mild spices, roast chicken with crayfish, or with desserts of apple pie or crème caramel
