Bright garnet red. In the nose we scent sensations of cherries, plum jam, nutmeg and mediterranean wood. In the mouth this wine is smooth and fruity, with soft tannins and a long persistence.

Pasta with ragout, risotto with salsiccia, lamb and pork, poulty, veal, red meat, matured cheeses.

Grape processing in open tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation followed by maturation of 24 months, of which not less than 6 in different kind of wooden containers.
