Deep purplish red. In the nose mainly ripe red fruits with slightly floral tones and a hint of vanilla and coffee. This red wine is round, pleasant and has a great complexity and an unforgettable final.

Grilled or roasted red meat, sturdy stews such as stroganoff, slightly finer game and ripe cheeses.

climate

The summers are hot and dry and can reach 40° C. But the nights easily cool 15-20° so that the wines remain refreshing and elegant. Winters are moderate and the protection of the Andes rarely causes night frost. Irrigation with melt water.

soil

Single vineyard located in Vista Flores (Tunuyán) at 1054m altitude. Sandy soils with a lot of loam in the higher parts and more stone and boulders in the lower parts.

vinification

Harvested by hand in 18-kilo plastic crates. Fermentation from 13 to 17 degrees. Aging of 30 days in French oak barrels.
