- soil
-
Single vineyard located in Vista Flores (Tunuyán) at an altitude of 1054m. Sandy soils with a lot of loam in the higher parts and more stone and boulders in the lower parts.
- vinification
-
The grapes are picked in 3 different times and at different locations in the vineyard. The various cuves that result from this are fermented separately and raised in different ways. Vinification happens in various wooden barrels, egg-shaped cements and in some cases a little Petit Verdot is fermented with it. After maceration and fermentation, the final blend is made and the wines are put on a mix of French oak for 16 months and rest for 12 months in the bottle.
