Tardencuba - (Spain)

Inspired by his father, who worked with local winegrowers, Ramón Ramos took his first steps into the world of wine at a young age. The facilities were basic, and an old wine cellar served as the heart of the emerging wine estate. Over the years, it was systematically modernized and expanded. Initially, he focused on the local and national markets, but with the arrival of the second generation, internationalization quickly followed. Quality is the absolute priority. In the meantime, Ramón also founded Tardencuba with his brother José. Most of the vineyards are spread across the Toro and Rueda appellations. Many vines still grow on their original (pre-phylloxera) rootstocks. The climate and location of the vineyards make them especially suitable for organic farming.
