Konishi - ()

Konishi is one of the oldest sake breweries in Japan, with a family history dating back to 1550. The brewery is currently run by the 15th generation. The house brand sake, Shirayuki ('white snow'), is based on this family tradition and centuries-old brewing techniques. Additionally, Konishi introduces a range of innovative, premium sake under its own name. In 1988, Konishi started importing Belgian specialty beers to Japan, including the Gouden Carolus beer range. The personal relationship between the two family breweries, along with the belief in the strong quality of each other's products, culminates in a new collaboration: the distribution of high-quality Japanese sake.
